I am a native to Salisbury, North Carolina and
also currently attending Catawba College located here in Salisbury. There are
many aspects of my small town that I love, but my favorite aspect is the many locally
owned restaurants we have to offer our community.
Since I am a huge fan of many of our local restaurants here in Salisbury, I thought writing a blog would be a great
way to spread the word about these local places. I hope to encourage those that
live or are close to the Salisbury area to support these local owners and give
these restaurants a try.
Don’t worry if you are not much for trying new
places, I’ll even give you some of my favorite dishes to try and tell you about
some of the local dishes these restaurants are famous for.
